School hadn’t allowed for the pair to meet much over the last few weeks. Midterms were upon them, with several exams a week, and term papers to turn in, and that simply didn’t allow for boyfriend time. Gabriel didn’t mind as much. ”Could I see those?” he asks, while casting a nervous glance over his shoulder. The shopkeeper smiles knowingly at that, as though all that came to view the items he wants to see act the same way. He doesn’t say a word about it as he pulls out the items, and carefully sets them onto the counter.

( I'll give you a few minutes alone. )

”Gabriel Gray, you get right back in here this instant! If you stay out there you’re going to catch your death.”

( Gabriel just laughed at that )

Gabriel was nervous. That was the simplest way to describe how he was feeling in that moment, at least. Of course there were other feelings mixed into it all, but nerves were what were in control in that moment, and made him fidget in his seat the whole time.
